Asheville is a vibrant, year-round tourist town offering events for all ages and interests. The Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is only 17.4 miles away. At nearby Beaver Lake you may enjoy walking around the easy trail and listening to the birds in the lovely bird sanctuary. Also within walking distance of the house is a remarkable play ground and park for children called Jones Park - a haven for the most discerning young park goers. We offer an Evenflo BabyGo Play Yard so you don't have to bring a crib for your toddlers.
